Yes my friends, your favorite Ratchet City representative took his 51/50 stimulus plan all the way to the House of Representatives (of Louisiana, to be clear and comedic.) It's hard for me to poke fun... well, difficult in the sense that I think HC is a real talented kid, and I wonder if he sees the humor in this, even though, lets face it, this is a rare opportunity. I'll let you guys weigh in on this one...
